Notice of Virtual District Council Meeting:
Per Toastmasters International bylaws, policies and protocols, we must conduct a virtual business meeting in the Fall to approve the district budget, approve appointments made by the district director, and present required reports. We will be conducting this year’s meeting on Monday, September 14, 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Delegates will be receiving a meeting invite, instructions, agenda and delegate’s package over the next few weeks leading up to the meeting and are asked to please carefully review them when upon receipt so as to be familiar with the items to be voted upon and with the procedures that will be used.
